科伦坡GSH酒店 ★★★

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daily room service kept the room clean and fresh like every day was my first day there. Close proximity to all main facilities in Colombo made it easy, cheap, and quick to move around by Tuk Tuk.

Being located close to the main road made it a bit loud, but it was not a major issue and did not disrupt my sleep. Minor occasional Wi-Fi disruptions left me with no access to internet few times, but not for long and it was not a major issue.

Friendly staff. Car parking avilable.

Location is fabulous. Restaurant is pretty good for lunch or dinner. Indian food. The rooms are a little old but ok, the pillows need upgrading and sheets could be better qua

Small room

All the staff treated me very well polite and smiles all the time. Indrajith looked after my comfort in the room and rang me every morning asking about any complaints that I had and trying his best to do good housekeeping. The people in the restaurant they also doing good job. On check out day at the last moment, they kind enough to prepare special meal for me that I requested and the food was so so tasty. I will give full credit to the restaurant manager and the chef.

There's nothing that much to say. I was worried about mosquitoes in my room. The reception should be aware of the available rooms.

The room is spacious and clean. Thumb up for restaurant staff, they are really nice and helpful. Food is good and the location is central.

Some staff at the reception are not friendly. Reception area should be more welcoming and clean.

Convenient location on the main road

Cleaniless could be better, the pillows were a tad dirty and the towels were quite frayed.

быстрое заселение, хотя приехали вечером поздно. номер нормальный по размеру, есть и стол и холодильник и тд. Персонал отзывчивый, любезный. хорошее расположение отеля, не страшно вечером выйти на улицу.

было одно полотенце на двоих, простыня состоит из двух частей - комкалась ногами. видно что ремонт старенький, от влажности местами плесень, но это вообще частая история на шри ланке
